Date set after AGC requests more time to review representation

PUTRAJAYA, May 15 — The Federal Court has dismissed the appeal by Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISBH) chief executive officer Datuk Nasiruddin Mohd Ali and his wife Azura Md Yusof, which sought to have their habeas corpus application remitted to the High Court for a full hearing on its merits.

KAJANG, March 24 — The Shah Alam High Court today dismissed an application by GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) chief executive officer Datuk Nasiruddin Mohd Ali and 12 others who are facing charges of being members of an organised crime group to be allowed bail.

SHAH ALAM, Feb 12 — 22 individuals linked to Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH), including its chief executive officer Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, pleaded not guilty to a charge of being part of an organised criminal group at the High Court today.

JOHOR BAHRU, Dec 18 — The High Court today set January 14 for its decision on the preliminary objection to the habeas corpus application for unlawful detention filed by GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) chief executive officer Datuk Nasiruddin Mohd Ali and his wife Azura Md Yusof.
